Breanna Brown was in constant communication with me, and just went way above and beyond my expectations! We even got a cute painting she did with Resie! And even gave me some much needed training tips and more!

First Class Pet Services took fantastic care of our pups for 3 days. They went above and beyond to ensure our pups were well taken care of and loved them as their own. First class per services was the best decision I could have made regarding where to leave my babies while I studied abroad. I’m very picky with who I trust with all my pets, specially my rabbit since they are so fragile. The price was fair and the care was immaculate! Breanna kept constant communication with my and never failed to send me pictures and videos.
Even after my services with her ended she kept going above and beyond to help me. I decided to get my bunny a bunny friend and and had trouble bonding them. When I reached out for help she didn’t hesitate to walk me through the steps and even went as far as allowing me to leave them with her to ensure that they are bonded and good to be sent home to me!
All in all if you choose to go with this company, you’ll be choosing to leave your pet with someone who’s going to love them as hard as you do and you won’t have anything to worry about!

Where can I even begin with how amazing this company is. They kept my sweet old dog for two weeks and the pricing was great. He came home a completely different dog. He’s always been anxious, he came back confident and a little sassy! They put years back into my dog. They sent pictures every day, he got treats, he got to play with other dogs, and he came home with a couple basic commands. I can’t thank them enough for helping us and giving my boy the vacation he has earned. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

This was our first time ever hiring someone to watch our cats. She did a great job and took great care of them. Communication was great, she sent pictures and even took out the garbage and cleaned the litter box which we weren’t expecting. Highly recommend!

I'm new to the area and left my 2 young puppies for the first time ever with Breanna for a 4 day trip. It was a working trip and stressful. Breanna kept in great communication with pictures, videos and updates and I was able to focus on my work and not have to worry about my babies. They are a lot of work!! Recently had my 2 golden doodle puppies boarded for a weekend. I was nervous because they are so young but Ryann (and her beautiful daughter) took such good care of them that I’m upset to say that they didn’t even miss us! . They had a fabulous time! The price is right, they are thorough, asked all the right questions about taking care of our precious family members and sent us updates (and pics) throughout the weekend! We have every intention of using them again!

After doing some extensive research looking for a place to leave my babies while traveling, I found First Class Pet Services. My first conversation with Breanna was great. She took the time to explain all their services in depth. Then I met Ryann and she met my babies, and all I can say is OMG! If you are looking for place that feels like home that will take care of your babies, this is the place. I received updates and pictures of how my babies were doing periodically.
